Lewis S Eisen, B.A., J.D., C.I.P. has practised law, been a business technology consultant, and been a policy writer in the Government of Canada. His approach to drafting policy has been adopted by groups at organizations such as the RCMP, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, and others across Canada, the US and the UK.

He is the author of the international bestseller How to Write Rules that People Want to Follow: A Guide to Drafting Respectful Policies and Directives.
