Showcase your stories at FWD50

We'll be running content throughout the year. We want to showcase incredible stories about how digital government is driving efficiency, improving services, and modernizing the public sector. We're also looking for deep diving workshops on public sector product delivery, Data, AI and Automation, and Designing and communicating.

If you've done something that deserves a platform—or might help others navigate digital transformation—or if you've got a masterclass you're ready to teach—we want to hear from you!

Here are some guidelines considering the themes of our upcoming events:

Focus on demos, not memos
  • Case studies based on:
    • Public, delivered services.
    • Before and after comparisons.
    • Quantified results.
    • Clearly explained and easily understood.
    • Shared with the public to promote progress.
  • Workshops focused on communities of practice:
    • Product Management.
    • AI, task efficiency, and automation.
    • Marketing and communications.
    • Metrics and analytics.
What does it cost, what does it save?
  • A focus on the benefits of modernization:
    • To the user: Time, money, accessibility.
    • To the taxpayer: Cost, accountability.
    • To the economy: Productivity, balanced budgets.
    • To society: Rethinking what’s possible in a new world.
  • The hidden cost of complacency:
    • Rent-taking and the private sector (i.e. tax preparation software.)

We want everyone who cares about technology and the public sector to be a part of our growing community. With that in mind, there are plenty of other ways to participate. We offer pairs of free tickets to every regional government in the world, as well as opportunities to speak and volunteer with the conference. Got more questions?
