Vince Robert (he/him)

Partner, Hybrid Cloud Services, Public Sector Canada, IBM

Mr. Robert has over 35 years of experience leading large, complex digital transformation programs in multiple industries, and across various levels of government. This has included working with a wide range of risk/reward schemes in public sector settings. He was a pioneer in the use of a global delivery / offshore model for Canadian programs in the early 2000’s and has mentored diverse and inclusive teams throughout his career.

He has been a panelist and media contributor on topics including public sector outcomes delivery, the war for talent, and information security.

Mr. Robert earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Management Information Systems from Acadia University in 1985. Since then, he has had the pleasure of “paying it forward” by teaching consulting practitioners at global schools focused on Program Management, Business Diagnosis and TRACOM Social Styles®.

Mr. Robert lives and works in Ottawa, and enjoys traveling, cycling, soccer and skiing with his wife and two sons. He is pleased to report that his cat has finally gotten used to his working from home after many years on the road.
