Katy Lalonde is Director, Digital at Supply Ontario where she is helping improving the digital experience for government procurement.  

Previously, Katy was the Assistant Deputy Minister, and founding member of, the Ontario Digital Service. She also serves as a Special Advisor to the Board of Directors for the Institute for Public Administration of Canada (IPAC). 

Her expertise is in digital and product strategy, in the leadership and operations of digital organizations inside government, and in organizational design to support empowered, multi-disciplinary teams.
