Paul Craig is a Technical Strategist who helps government teams with product strategy, rapid prototyping, and impactful service delivery. Currently, he is making US federal healthcare grants easier to read, better looking, and more accessible.

Paul has worked in 4 different governments in 3 different countries: the UK, Canada, and the USA. Paul was at the Canadian Digital Service (CDS) until 2022, eventually moving on after determining that digital transformation in Canada was proceeding terrifically, with no delays or setbacks at all.

Paul is the creator of TaxGPT.ca: a free AI service that answers questions about Canadian taxes using public government data. He is also the author of Federal Field Notes: a speculative fiction newsletter about how agile approaches could be used modernize federal IT practices if anyone would ever try them.

Paul believes in the tremendous potential of governments to scale positive societal outcomes by prioritizing user-centric service delivery.
