Nick Scott is a passionate advocate for design and innovation in large organizations. Since 2012, he has been at the forefront of transformational change, leveraging design-thinking to reimagine and improve public services. His journey has taken him from leading digital initiatives at the Government of Canada’s Digital Academy to establishing innovation frameworks as the Executive Director of Innovation and Open Government at the Government of New Brunswick, and most recently, overseeing the development of a massive Life Experience CX Transformation initiative in the UAE. He co-founded NouLAB, a hub for collaborative problem-solving, and has shared his insights as a lecturer on Science, Technology, and Innovation. His mission is to blend design principles with innovation strategy to create human-centered and life-affirming organizations, programs, and services. In Nick founded ShiftFlow Innovation and Design in 2022, is an associate at ThinkDigital, a Board member at Code For Canada and was recently named New Brunswick’s 2023 Innovation Champion.
