Stephanie Gauthier has spent most of her career working in the RCMP across many operational and enterprise services. Ensuring proper alignment of resources for federal spending, establishing sound governance mechanisms and developing teams to drive client service have been her areas of greatest interest. Her most recent role with the National Cybercrime Coordination Centre is where she leads digital product development to support law enforcement activities. Of late, her focus is in transition management, Agile software development, striking meaningful conversations around cybersecurity in enterprise solutions and employing Design Thinking strategies to drive cultural change.
