Sabrina Feuerherd works as a service designer at DigitalService to design better government services for everyone. Using a broad range of design methods, she loves to seek out patterns in complex issues. Before joining the DigitalService, Sabrina was offering Service Blueprint trainings and mapping as a freelancer and worked at Service Innovation Labs with companies from the mobility and finance sector, helping them to design user-centered services. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys strolling through bookstores and, as the former founder of Berlin's only Zero Waste Meetup, pays attention to sustainable living.
