Blair Neufeld (he/him)

Blair’s focus for the last several years has been on public sector startups, building teams to transform service delivery. At BC and Alberta provincial governments, he developed central programs to change the way services would be designed and delivered, through user-centred, agile practices. Central to this change was creating new job descriptions, procurement methods, capacity building and ways to approach technology implementation. More recently his focus has been on scaling innovation, from four to 80 product teams within five years.
Blair’s most recent mission is with the Chief Client Experience Office at Service Canada, improving efficiency and effectiveness of Canada’s largest social services including employment insurance, pensions, disability and dental benefits.
