Digital service standards have become an increasingly popular tool for raising the bar of public service quality, in Canada and around the world. With careful stewardship, they can smooth the path to more effective ways of working at scale across large organisations.
This panel session will explore the experiences of provincial and national governments who have applied digital service standards, looking at the successes, pitfalls and what’s been learned from around the world - as well as how digital standards might change in the years to come.
