Robert Król (he/him)

Robert is currently serving as Deputy Director of the GovTech Polska Department in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland.

He began his career by working as a software developer for a soon-to-be publicly listed company and Poland’s largest provider of e-commerce solutions. Since then, Robert has founded three start-ups and two NGOs dealing with supporting innovations  and gathering a community of passionates  around new technologies. This experience has proven invaluable as he joined the public sector – first in the Ministry of Digital Affairs and now in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where Robert is shaping the GovTech Polska Programme. In doing so, his  areas of focus include consulting the public sector on the acquisition of technology, as well as overseeing its procurement.
