An innovative and resourceful leader, Michael has over 20 years of experience in the Ontario Public Sector in both training and development as well as program implantation. Michael is passionate about diversity and inclusion and making the public sector a more equitable place for generations to come. Outside of work his passions are personal fitness, his 2 year old son and on the less passionate side, home renovations with his wife.
