Elizabeth Dussault is an experienced public servant with 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Director, Digital Product Delivery team at ESDC. She has fostered and delivered various user-centered digital products through understanding, setting standards and identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of client and employee experiences. She continues to play a key role in reshaping and providing practical enablement for the GC Digital Standards. She cultivates an environment that empowers digital teams to thrive and ensures that delivered products meet the needs of the people in Canada.

Elizabeth has honed her expertise in several fields, including digital service delivery, service design, product and project management, identity management, and regulatory and policy development. Previously, she was A/Director for the Youth Digital Gateway, where she played a crucial role in policy development and implementation, championed agile and product management practices and successfully launched the Youth Digital Gateway. In addition, Elizabeth is a dedicated advocate for accessibility, committed to fostering inclusivity. She previously served as Co-Chair, ESDC Employees with Disabilities Network, where she tirelessly raised awareness of disability issues to dismantle barriers.
