Isa David is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in digital government and corporate training. As a manager in Digital Talent Development at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, she is at the forefront of initiatives that shape the future of the federal public service’s digital workforce. Isa leads a team responsible for crafting and implementing the Government of Canada’s first Digital Talent Strategy, focusing on equipping public servants with the digital skills needed to enhance service delivery for all Canadians.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Université Laval and is a certified Talent Management Practitioner. Her extensive career in digital transformation and public service training, coupled with her forward-thinking approach to skills development, makes her an influential voice in the digital government space.

Beyond her professional commitments, Isa dedicates her time to volunteering as the Team Lead for Emergency Response Services at the Canadian Red Cross in Quebec.
