Brandon leads a ‘once in a generation’, enterprise-wide reform to rethink and enhance how Global Affairs manages the entirety of its grants and contributions globally. This effort will be focused on the implementation of a completely new enterprise system that will rethink all of the major elements of how Canada manages over $6B of grants and contributions globally.
