Mihkel Solvak (he/him)

Mihkel Solvak is an Associate Professor in Technology Research at the University of Tartu and Vice Dean for Research and Development of the Faculty of Social Sciences. He manages a research group that develops and pilots data driven machine learning powered digital services in Estonia using registry and log data. He also researches what factors lead more likely to uptake of digital services and how trust affects service usage.
