Silvana Gomes is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration at the University of Ottawa, where she is affiliated with the Centre on Governance. With a background in law, political science, and public administration, her experience spans applied research, policy analysis, and legal advisory for several organizations in Canada, Brazil, and Europe. Her research interests include digital government, public sector innovation, federalism, and multi-level governance.
