Elizabeth Ayer (she/her)

Elizabeth Ayer is the product lead for Notify.gov, a government-supplied text message service to help agencies communicate with the people they serve. She’s also a writer, speaker, and independent product consultant. 

Previously, she served as the public benefits portfolio manager for 18F, a consultancy within federal government. She cut her produce teeth in industry as a product and portfolio manager for Redgate, a Database DevOps vendor, and as a product manager for product lifecycle management software at Siemens. 

As a free-range thinker, Elizabeth joins up the spaces of product leadership, sociotechnical architecture, and inclusive team practices for more humane organisations.
