Tom Loosemore has been at the centre of some of the most significant and consequential projects of the internet era.
A pioneer in digital ways of working since the 1990s, Tom wrote the BBC’s first internet strategy in the 2000s, and founded and scaled the UK’s Government Digital Service in 2010s. He then led wholesale digital transformation of the Co-operative Group, the UK’s largest consumer cooperative.
In 2015, he co-founded Public Digital to bring his unique insights to help organisations adapt to and thrive in the digital world, and has since advised the senior leaders of many globally important organisations.
