The intersection of service design, digital innovation, and enterprise strategy is where Teresa planted her flag, pushing the borders on what a digital-first, data-driven organization can accomplish while ensuring that technology’s evolution is driven by compassion and serves the average user. Internationally recognized for her leadership in managing digital service solutions at scale, and a winner of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for public service innovation, Teresa champions the power of service design and data in driving meaningful change and shaping public services for the better.

Currently the Chief Transformation Officer for Enterprise Pay Operations at Public Services and Procurement Canada, Teresa has over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors and is an accomplished public speaker and leader in the field of data and technology.
