At Code for Canada, we believe in building products and services with, not for, the people they’re intended to serve. It’s that belief that drives GRIT, our inclusive user testing and research service.
Over the years, GRIT has worked with a wide range of partners on some incredibly important projects, from improving the Toronto Shelter System’s intake form to building a tool to help Black youth navigate mental health services.
Now, we’re taking the service to the next level. This panel discussion will share the new “GRIT 2.0” features and feature a member of C4C, a government partner we’ve worked with and a tester who has been part of the testing process.
