A roadmap for becoming more agile

Everyone seems to be embracing agile but do they really know what it means to be agile? Is it clear how agile applies within government projects and programs? This workshop explores these and other questions about agile. It provides 10 sign-posts to help teams assess their agile alignment.

Over the course of the workshop, attendees will identify a specific, individual action to which they can commit to enable agile within their teams after the workshop. And most importantly, the workshop leverages sharing and networking so participants can learn from each other.
