Driving data cultures through ecosystem building

Maryland's Governor Wes Moore has been leading a “Data-Driven, Heart Led” transformation of the state, directing his State’s agencies to use data to make Maryland safer, more affordable, and more competitive. As his appointed State Chief Data Officer, Natalie Evans Harris is building an ecosystem of state employees, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure decision-makers across all the agencies have access to the data they need in an accurate, timely, and easily digestible manner–and that have the skills and tools necessary to leverage data to make informed decisions.
