Discovering Government Data & Integrating AI into Research, Policy-making, & Deliberation

Some of the most substantial, well-funded, and longitudinal data is produced by government agencies. However, critical government information is often difficult to make maximal use of. This workshop includes a discussion about how the Internet Archive Canada and Internet Archive (U.S.) are working to make government information more accessible, followed by a workshop on how AI systems - both presently and in the near future - can potentiate transformative research, help model and inform societal-scale deliberations, and help bring policy-making into the 21st century.
