Suki Hughes (she/her)

Suki Hughes is a technology transformation partner with Deloitte’s Technology Consulting Practice. Based in Atlantic Canada, she is passionate about delivering thoughtful insights and demonstrated value to her clients, helping them drive leadership and progress in their enterprises. She brings over 16 years of experience with a focus on customer-centered, technology-enabled business transformation solutions. She has worked in the Public Sector and Power & Utility industries since 2009, assisting numerous clients, including Workers Compensation Board Nova Scotia, through transformative challenges, including digital citizen/customer engagement, work and asset management, cyber security and threat analysis, supply chain excellence, technology strategy and system implementations. In addition to her responsibilities as technology transformation partner, Suki is the National Talent leader for Deloitte’s National Technology Consulting.
