Vidya ShankarNarayan is Director General of the Digital Services Program at Innovation Science and Economic Development (ISED). As the program lead, she is focused on Digital Government for Business; a vision of simpler, faster, better government services for Canadian businesses leveraging digital innovation.
Previously, Vidya was the Director General at Employment and Social Development (ESDC), where she led the digital delivery of services to citizens.
Vidya holds a Masters degree in Design and Technology from Carleton University.
