Toomas Lukk (he/him)

Ambassador Toomas Lukk has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia for more than 25 years. Previously, the Ambassador has been posted to different countries ranging from North America to China. Ambassador Lukk currently serves as the Estonian Ambassador to Canada. He holds a master’s degree in geography from the University of Tartu with an additional interest in marine research. He has also authored and co-authored numerous scientific articles in marine research and submitted opinions on different topics.
