Tom De Rosa works with Canadian public sector organizations in government, healthcare and higher education to help them understand how they can leverage Oracle applications and technology to address their mission-critical information-management requirements.

During his 30-year career at Oracle, Mr. De Rosa has held a series of progressively responsible senior management positions in the areas of enterprise applications sales and consulting.
