Tai is Head of Scottish Digital Academy, based within the Digital Directorate at Scottish Government, Edinburgh. Tai has worked at Scottish Government for over 4 years and specialises in building capability and talent acquisition strategy, in niche or high demand skills sets.
Tai has over 20 years’ experience and has worked with large, boutique and SME organisations in London and Scotland, across the NHS, Financial Services, Tech and public sectors.
Tai is a strong believer in putting people at the heart of strategy to meet user needs and drive success in all we do.
Tai is co-chair of the Scottish Government Race Equality Network (REN), a Diversity and Inclusion champion and a BSc (Hons) Law with European studies graduate.
Tai enjoys lifting weights for relaxation, but can also be found with her head in a good book.
