Luke (he/him) is the Director of Outreach at Code for Canada, where he helps tell the story of Canada’s civic tech and digital government movement. He’s journalist turned civic tech advocate, and passionate about the potential for technology to improve government services and resident engagement. Prior to joining Code for Canada’s small but mighty team, he was the Managing Editor of Urban Affairs for Metro News.
