Dan Murphy worked in and around government for over 40 years. 20 years leading bid teams for IBM & Cisco, and another 20 years consulting, practicing Agile, and helping the GC write & publish Requests for Proposals. He's been working with Mirko Kleiner & Lean-Agile Procurement Team for the last 6 years, and is currently, in a volunteer role on the LAP-Alliance Board, focused on Global Public Sector.
