Stephen Dunn is a consultant with 20 years experience leading teams building digital products, from large scale digital publishing to federated digital identity platforms.
Before working as a lead product owner at the Government Digital Service for the UK Government’s digital identity service, Stephen was responsible for the digital technology strategy at The Guardian as it changed from a UK based, print-led organisation to a global digital brand.
Since leaving GDS, Stephen has been working as an independent consultant at Ministry of Justice Digital, and at the Department of Work and Pensions in the UK, where he provides support to the product teams transforming the UK welfare state on the Universal Credit service.
