Maleka Momand is the Co-Founder and CEO of Esper, a policymaking software startup that helps governments create and manage public policy. Prior to Esper, she helped build Argive, a non-profit focused on researching regulatory best practices. Maleka is an advisor to the Cicero Institute and has played classical bassoon for over a decade. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in political science and interdisciplinary studies.
