Christine Lau is a dedicated leader with a passion for digital policy and client-centered initiatives. She has spent the last two years serving as the A/Director and Manager of Service Policy at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, where she has honed her skills in service policy and measurement and stakeholder engagement. Christine's journey began in program evaluation at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Since then she has held various roles in the public sector, including Manager of Service Partnerships at ESDC and Assistant Director of Passport Program Planning and Modernization Initiative at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. She is proud of her ability to develop sustainable enterprise solutions that meet client expectations and to build consensus with diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
