What is it about the way they are set up that allows them to work nimbly? Learn about how they are set up to respond quickly in times of crisis, what challenges they are able to overcome quickly and which ones they continue to confront, and any lessons they have learned in the last few months that governments all over need to take into account.

Building on these lessons learned from three jurisdictions, you’ll develop a framework for rapid response – setting up multi-disciplinary teams, choosing the right opportunities and developing agile governance structures.
