The impact of the pandemic has created an increased demand for AI. However, one group from the Canadian population has been left behind with the speed of innovation during the last few years. People with disabilities, who have been already marginalized from participating fully in Canadian society, now have to deal with yesterday’s issues compounded with tomorrow’s new barriers. This keynote will highlight the obstacles related to AI and provide the solution for inclusion into the new economy.
