Lauren is the Director for GC Talent Cloud, where she and her team are endeavouring to create the world’s first public sector gig marketplace. In a former role, Lauren was the head of the first innovation hub in the Government of Canada, where she worked with her team to design and launch the Free Agents program and other experiments related to the future of work. Lauren has a doctoral degree in human rights, and previously taught in the Gender Studies Program at the University of British Columbia.
