Olivia Neal (she/her)

Director of Digital Transformation, Microsoft

Olivia is the Director of Digital Transformation in Microsoft’s Worldwide Public Sector Team. In this capacity, she is leading the development of digital transformation strategies, and is working with teams around the world to help governments to use digital tools and approaches to be more effective.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Olivia spent her career in the public sector. She spent three years leading digital change initiatives from the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and prior to that she was a Senior Civil Servant in the UK Government. In these roles she has worked with Governments from around the world, to build partnerships and increase capability to deliver high quality digital services and develop digital culture.

Olivia was recognized in Apolitical’s 2018 list of the world’s 100 most influential people under 35 in government.
