João Lopes (He / him)

João Lopes is an Innovation Consultant at LabX, Portugal's national public sector innovation lab. His areas of work include innovation networks and ecosystems, impact measurement and evaluation of public services, and innovation labs. Previously, he was part of the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI), where he worked on initiatives aimed at enhancing innovation and transformation in public services across countries.
