Greg Judelman is a strategy advisor focused on the human and organizational side of the AI transition. He works with government, healthcare, and enterprise organizations to help leadership teams navigate the changes to decision-making, ways of working, team capability, and governance required to successfully adopt AI.
His recent work includes AI governance and evaluation advisory for a Canadian federal department, advisory on AI-enabled service and process transformation with the Ontario Public Service, government service modernization with the Government of Prince Edward Island, and digital governance and prioritization with Health PEI.
Greg previously held a leadership role with Accenture Song Canada and earlier co-founded and co-led The Moment, one of Canada’s leading service design and innovation consultancies, for over a decade. Across his career, he has worked with organizations including TELUS, CIBC, TD Insurance, World Vision, and numerous federal and provincial government departments.
He is the creator of the AI Transformation Canvas, a framework that helps leadership teams assess and coordinate organizational adaptation to AI across strategy, governance, workforce capability, and operational change. He also leads ReGenAI, an initiative exploring ecological and regenerative approaches to AI.
