Iuliia Pyskun is a digital transformation professional with experience delivering national public e-services and transforming complex government processes into user-centered digital solutions for Diia app and Diia web portal at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. 

Iuliia’s expertise covers product strategy, service design, regulatory design, stakeholder management, and delivery. 

With an educational background in international economics and experience across government, international organizations, and private sector, Iuliia brings a systems-level perspective to building resilient, citizen-focused digital ecosystems.

She is currently based in Edmonton, Canada, and continues to work at the intersection of public service innovation and digital delivery.
