Neil Mispelaar is a software and UX developer with extensive experience working on internal digital projects for the federal government, including most recently at Statistics Canada. He’s been a regular participant at Random Hacks of Kindness in Ottawa, and is particularly passionate about building digital services that are fully accessible and easy to use for everyone
