Member of the Permanent Advisory Council for the Modernization of the State and expert professional of the Civil Service, both from the Ministry of Finance.
I have developed my entire career in matters of public policy implementation and modernization of the State, from the University of Chile, Ministries of Education and Ministry of Finance. I currently lead the Government Center of the Municipality of Maipú, Chile's second largest local government and the first in the country to implement a Delivery unit. In this role, I have led the implementation of strategic management projects and digital transformation actions to improve the efficiency of municipal processes and improve the user experience of municipal services.
