Head of LA-BORA! GOV - Innovative Management Lab

I am a psychologist and a Federal public servant in Brazil, leading LA-BORA! gov, the Innovative Management Lab at the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services. With a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in People, Innovation, and Results, I design behavioral science-driven interventions to enhance public sector workplaces. As an Advisor at MIT GOV/LAB, I contribute to global governance innovation.
I am also a Danida Fellow with expertise in Nudging & Behavioral Insights from iNudgeyou in Denmark. My leadership has been recognized with nine prestigious awards, including the Creative Bureaucracy Award (Germany, 2023), Global Government Excellence Award (Dubai, 2023), and Global Public Service Team of the Year Awards by Apolitical (London, 2022). My work earned further recognition at the 5th Enap Innovation Contest (2021).
Beyond my leadership role, I am a facilitator and professor at many institutions. I specialize in teaching employee experience design, innovation techniques, hybrid and remote team management, empathetic communication, data storytelling, psychological safety, creative confidence, engagement, well-being, productivity, and inclusive management.
My mission is to drive innovation in the public sector by creating positive, inclusive, and impactful work environments that foster both personal and professional growth.
