A service design and delivery leader who cares deeply about diversity and inclusion, Xiaopu currently leads the design of single sign-on for the public to access Government of Canada's services online. She's passionate about enabling agile and human-centred product management and design practices and previously ran an innovation lab for the Ontario Government.
