Jesaiah Mills is the National Practice Lead for BDO Canada’s People Experience team, responsible for end to end delivery of HR/Payroll solutions for Canada’s largest and fastest growing organizations. Jesaiah has spent over a decade within the Human Capital Management industry, advising public and private sector organizations on HR and Payroll Strategy, Technology Implementations and Organizational Change Management. His passion is helping organizations drive value for stakeholders through well-implemented technologies, designed with humans at the center, driving an unparalleled employee experience.
