Do I Belong?

In this session, participants will explore what it is ‘belonging’, how every action can exclude and how becoming more aware of who we are, the spaces we take up and the actions we take can take us further towards the FWD50 pledge of being our better selves. On the day we will create a space to delve into: As a public service, how do we build a sense of belonging within our organizations, across the public service ecosystem, for our users, and in wider society?
