As Chief Strategist for Red Hat Canada, Michael provides thought leadership and strategic advice to his clients on how to accelerate innovation velocity and improve culture while delivering better quality and reduced risk. As a former Global CTO, Michael has over 25 years collaborating with all levels of government and across the private sector. He believes that truly modernizing the enterprise not only requires making investments in modern application architectures facilitated and reinforced by new digital platforms and DevOps processes, but most importantly, requires the reconfiguration of organizational structure into teams of teams and creating a psychological safe, highly collaborative culture.
