Paul is the founder and President of Yellow Pencil, a Canadian digital agency that works with public sector clients on conversational design systems, portals and content platforms, and service transformation. Paul is a member of the Council of Canadian Innovators and has worked with public sector clients for nearly a quarter century on transformative digital projects across Canada and the US.
