Sam is a multidisciplinary designer with a growing curiosity for complex systems and the people that surround them. She has industry and academic experience designing digital interactions for products and strategizing with product teams. She is currently working as a service designer and public servant for the Canadian Digital Service where she is exploring the intersection of systems and service design in order to challenge design issues in products, services, and social engagement.
